Harassment includes, but not limited to:

●     Inappropriate physical contact
●     Stalking
●     Engaging unwelcome sexual advances
●     Request for “fan service”
●     Physical assault
●     Bathroom policing
●     Sustained disruption of events
●     Non-consensual photography/recording

CONSEQUENCES:

“For obstruction of justice! You're breaking the law!”
If a person engages in harassing behavior, HobbyCon organizing committee will take prompt action in any form they deem appropriate, including expulsion from HC with no refund. Our policy applies to EVERYONE at the convention. Exhibitors, Attendees, Emcees, Guests, Professionals, Press, Committee, Volunteers, and Security are all subject to our HobbyCon KATA JANGAN! Zero-Tolerance Harassment Policy and will be held to the same standards and disciplinary action.

REPORTING HARRASSMENT:

“Report! Report! Jangan tak report!”
Anyone can report harassment. If someone’s behavior has made you uncomfortable, or if you witness the same happening to someone else, you should immediately contact HobbyCon volunteers & committee (yellow & red HobbyCon t-shirt). You may also come to the HobbyCon booth to report.

Remember:  Cosplay is not consent. Keep your hands to yourself. If you would like to take a picture with or of another HC attendee, always ask first and respect that person's right to say no. When at HobbyCon, be respectful, be nice, be cool and be kind to each other.
